A simple and fair cancellation policy

We know circumstances change and sometimes things just don't work out so we try to be flexible.

In order to keep everything working for all clients and therapists, we have a policy which we hope you find simple and fair:

Single appointments, pay as you go

  • 24 hours notice or more. No need to pay in advance.
  • With less than 24 hour notice, we may ask you, at our discretion depending on the circumstances, to prepay your next booking and/or pay for the missed session.

Prepaid 5 sessions

  • TWO hours minimum notice or change or cancellation.
  • If you provide less than two hours notice for more than one of your five sessions, we may ask you, at our discretion depending on the circumstances, to use one of your prepaid sessions for each of the missed or re-arranged session.

Prepaid 10 sessions

  • TWO hours minimum notice or change or cancellation.
  • If you provide less than two hours notice for more than three of your ten sessions, we may ask you, at our discretion depending on the circumstances, to use one of your prepaid sessions for each of the missed or re-arranged session.

Running late

  • If you are more than 5 mins late for a group yoga class you will usually not be able to join the class unless there is a suitable transition point as it is too disruptive for participants already in the class.
  • If you are no more than 15 minutes late for a private yoga class or massage session then we will do out best to accommodate you based on other appointments afterwards.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for a private yoga class or massage session then your session will likely be shorter but the full price of pre-paid credit will apply.
  • If you are late by half or more of your appointment duration for a private yoga class or massage session then your session will, at our discretion, be deemed cancelled and the cancellation terms above apply.

Online sessions

  • In general, the same terms as above apply to online sessions except:
    • Prepaid sessions have 1-hour notice (instead of 2 hours)
    • Pay as you go sessions have 4-hour notice (instead of 24 hours)
  • We will be as accommodating as possible with any difficulty technically difficulties, subject to the schedule of appointments before and after. If you are unsure, you may request a test call before your first appointment to make sure everything is working.
